Ali Medical
Building a Unified Digital Presence for a Leading Healthcare Provider
Ali Medical, located in F-8, Islamabad, is a well-established healthcare institution committed to providing quality medical services through experienced consultants, advanced medical facilities, and patient-focused care. While the hospital had a strong reputation for its healthcare services, its digital presence did not fully reflect the quality and scale of its operations.

The Challenge
Ali Medical’s digital communication lacked consistency and a unified brand identity. Their social media platforms were managed internally, resulting in irregular posting schedules and inconsistent visual communication. Since media production was handled in-house without a structured content strategy, the hospital’s online presence did not effectively showcase its expertise, facilities, or community initiatives.
Key challenges included:
- No consistent brand identity or visual harmony across digital platforms.
- Irregular and inconsistent social media activity.
- Limited visibility of consultants, doctors, and specialized departments.
- Minimal awareness of the hospital’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Limited outreach to both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) audiences within the twin cities.
Our Approach

We began by conducting extensive research into leading healthcare brands and hospitals worldwide, studying their digital communication strategies and content presentation. Alongside global research, we performed competitor analysis within the healthcare sector to identify best practices while keeping Ali Medical’s specific goals and audience at the centre of our strategy.
Based on these insights, we developed a structured content framework and implemented a comprehensive digital marketing approach that included:
Brand Guidelines & Visual Identity
Social Media Management
Healthcare-Focused Content Strategy
Professional Photography & Videography
We developed a dedicated healthcare-focused photography and videography approach to make Ali Medical’s digital communication more informative, engaging, and visually professional. The content produced covered service promotion, healthcare awareness, institutional communication, staff and event coverage, and visual storytelling for social media.
Some of our Notable production work included:
- International Nurses Day – Content created to recognize and appreciate the contribution of nurses and their role in patient care at Ali Medical Centre.
- “Dialysis with Care, Compassion, and Expertise at Ali Medical Centre” – Service-focused content highlighting Ali Medical Centre’s dialysis care and communicating its emphasis on professional expertise, compassion and patient-focused treatment.
- Kidney Transplant Patient Story – “Meet Sohaib Ansar – a true warrior on a journey to a new life!” featuring his experience of undergoing a life-changing kidney transplant at Ali Medical Centre, highlighting resilience, hope and the expertise of the renal transplant team.
- Well Woman Clinic – Promotional and informational content for the women-exclusive clinic, highlighting a supportive healthcare environment and encouraging women to prioritize their health at every stage of life.
One of the clear gaps identified in Ali Medical’s earlier content was the absence of specialized, procedure-level medical videos – the kind of in-depth, credibility-building content that builds patient trust. We closed this gap with a dedicated series of specialized medical and procedural videos:
- NICU Feature Video – A comprehensive video tour of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), showcasing the full range of specialized services available and reassuring parents of the expert, round-the-clock neonatal care provided at Ali Medical Centre.
- Bariatric Surgery – Live In-Theatre Coverage – Exclusive footage captured live inside the Operation Theatre during a bariatric surgery procedure, transparently showcasing surgical expertise while keeping patient safety at the centre of the narrative – a key USP for Ali Medical.
- Infection Prevention & Patient Safety Campaign – An exclusively shot video series highlighting the hospital’s infection-control protocols and patient safety standards, giving deserved projection to a subject that is central to patient confidence and to Ali Medical’s quality-of-care positioning.
Execution Strategy
The project successfully transformed Ali Medical’s digital presence by creating a cohesive and professional brand identity across all platforms.
Key outcomes included:
- A consistent and recognizable visual identity.
- Significant, measurable follower growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook (see Key Performance Indicators below).
- Improved visibility of consultants, medical departments, and healthcare services.
- Increased awareness of CSR initiatives among both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Stronger community outreach throughout Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
- A modern digital presence that accurately reflects the hospital’s reputation and commitment to quality healthcare.
Through a strategic combination of branding, content creation, media production, and digital management, Ali Medical established a stronger online presence while effectively communicating its healthcare expertise and community-driven mission.

What We Actually Did
Brand Identity & Guidelines
We developed brand guidelines and a unified visual language for Ali Medical’s digital communication. The guidelines set a consistent design direction including colour use and visual style so content could feel recognisably part of the same healthcare brand across platforms.
Healthcare Content Strategy
We created a structured content framework around Ali Medical’s services, specialists, departments and community initiatives. It gave the hospital’s communication a clearer mix of service information, healthcare awareness, institutional updates and patient-focused stories.
Social Media Management
We managed Ali Medical’s social media communication with a more consistent publishing approach. Content was planned to improve the visibility of consultants, departments, healthcare services and CSR initiatives for both consumer and business audiences in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Healthcare Photography & Videography
We produced photography and video content to show the people, services and work behind Ali Medical’s care. This included service promotion, staff and event coverage, institutional communication, and social media storytelling for example, content for International Nurses Day and the Well Woman Clinic.
Key Takeaway
Instagram’s trajectory
A channel built from zero to a genuinely engaged 3,500-plus audience – and LinkedIn’s 257% growth point to where the next phase of investment should go: sustained short-form video, deeper B2B storytelling on LinkedIn, and continued specialized medical content to keep building patient trust. With brand guidelines, a proven content framework, and a growing, higher-quality audience now in place, Ali Medical is well-positioned to compound this growth across all three platforms in the coming quarters.
